How do I cancel an order once placed?
You can cancel an order by sending email to email@example.com, if you cancel your order before your product has shipped, the entire amount will be refunded.
How can I cancel the order once it has been shipped?
Once the product ordered is shipped / dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.
How long will it take to process my cancellation request?
Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it may take us about a week to cancel the order and initiate refund with the third-party service provider for payment gate way (like CC avenue, Paypal, etc.) using which you had payed for your order. You will be notified of the same.
If you opt for having the money transferred back to account by which you made payment, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund.
How will I get my money back after cancellation?
The money will be refunded back to the account that was originally used to make the transaction.
Once you have requested the cancellation of item(s) in your order, we will initiate the cancellation and refund with the third-party service provider for payment gate way (such as CC avenue, Paypal, etc.) using which you had payed for your order.
Infinite Wings Institute will not be held responsible for any delay or issues with respect to refund of your payment. In case of any such incident you need to contact the respective payment gateway service provider / bank.
What is the Infinite Wings Institute's Return Policy? What can I return?
A Product once shipped/dispatched, cannot be returned.
